一、適用范圍

三、基本結構與工作原理
工作原理：電動機經過V帶傳動，使主軸（砂輪）產生回轉運動，再通過轉動手輪經絲杠、絲母實現(xiàn)垂直方向的進給磨削運動，而水平方向的進給磨削主要是靠大車架上的小車架的水平移動來實現(xiàn)。
小車架上裝有蝸輪副，能使砂輪左右最大傾斜30°角，以適應各種斜面打磨需要。推動大車架沿鋼軌縱向反復移動完成磨削工作。
主要結構：有兩個部件組成：
1、安裝有四個帶單輪緣滾輪在軌道上移動的大臺車架。
2、安裝有四個帶雙輪緣滾輪、能在大車架上沿垂直軌道方向水平移動的小車架（磨削裝置）。
